Got to Gulfshores after 7 hours of travel to find my sunglasses were broken. Did some research and found Sunray's shop and they had excellent review as well as being a privately owned business. I bought a set of Costa Pro's and was excited. Well...after the first trip to the beach I noticed the frames were splotchy and faded for some reason. They are designed for salt-water so I brought them back to the store. The owner came out and looked them over. He said, "what would you like to do?" I wanted to exchange. Well they had the same model, but with the wrong color lenses. The owner said, "No problem! I will just put your (1-day old barely used) lenses in the new frames." They were perfect. New frame & correct lenses. No hassle. No, "sorry, you need to send them to Costa for warranty." No B.S!!! This is awesome customer service. I enjoyed my new glasses the rest of my 3 day trip with no issues!!!! If you are buying or plant to buy glasses in Gulfshores, AL, then you must go to Sun Ray's shop!
